The short version

You buy digital coaching / challenge access. We deliver it. Payments run through Stripe. Refunds follow the guarantee below. This is not medical advice and does not replace professional care.

What you are buying

Access to the program described on the sales page at the time of purchase (for example the 30-Day Challenge, optional group coaching, or The 90-Day Rewire). Features can include playbooks, scripts, an AI coach, daily log / check-ins, and related emails. Exact inclusions are those shown on the offer page when you pay.

Payments

Prices are shown in the currency on the checkout page. Card payments are processed by Stripe. By completing checkout you authorise the charge for the selected product.

Refunds (30-Day Challenge guarantee)

• Days 1–7: unconditional. If it is not for you, say so and get a full refund. No form, no reason needed.
• Days 8–30: complete the daily check-ins. If you do not feel more in control by day 30, you get a full refund (and keep the Event Protocols as described on the sales page).

Other products (for example The 90-Day Rewire) follow the refund language stated on their enrollment page at purchase. Australian Consumer Law rights still apply where relevant.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate contact details, keep login / log links private, and use the materials for your own personal use. Do not share paid content publicly or resell it.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the programs. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot waive under Australian Consumer Law.
